Introduction & Objectives

Introduction

Dynamic Code proposes a full website design and development project for Harvest Pantry. Harvest Pantry sells through retail — stocked nationally at Woolworths — not online, so the website has one job: build the brand. This project replaces the current single-page site with a definitive style guide and a custom-built, experience-led website that tells the story, educates customers on real nutrition, and makes "where to buy" impossible to miss. Delivered on Shopify or custom React, fully owned by Harvest Pantry.

Project Objectives

  • Elevate the brand online to match its national retail presence at Woolworths
  • Create a definitive digital style guide for web, social and future campaigns
  • Create an experience — story-driven, educational, and true to "Real Ingredients, Frozen Fresh"
  • Educate customers on ingredients, nutrition and how the range works
  • Make "Where to Buy" the primary conversion — every page drives shoppers to their nearest Woolworths
  • Ensure Harvest Pantry retains full ownership and can update content easily post-launch

Investment & Terms

Project Investment

This project is scoped as a fixed investment covering the full engagement — style guide, design, custom brand-led build, QA and handover — on either platform (Shopify or custom React).

Website Design & Development — Style Guide + Custom Build $9,500 AUD
GST (10%) $950 AUD
Total Investment (Incl. GST)
$10,450 AUD

Payment Terms

  • 30% deposit to commence
  • 70% on completion, prior to handover

Validity

This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of issue (July 7th, 2026).

Scope Protection

This investment covers the scope outlined in this proposal. Any work outside this scope will be quoted separately.

Handover, Training & Ongoing Support

  • Full site ownership remains with Harvest Pantry
  • Structured handover included
  • Training session included so the team can manage content confidently
  • Ongoing optimisation and support available post-launch (optional + billed separately)
